Abstract submission: May 1^st - October 15^th, 2015
The program committee is now considering post-deadline abstracts until November 1.

Acceptance of abstracts and formal invitations will be communicated within a week of submission:

Early Bird registration: September 1^st - October 15^th, 2015

Secure online registration (via MRS): September 20^th - November 20^th, 2015

Regular registration: October 16^th - November 28^th, 2015

Late/On Site registration: November 29^th - December 7^th, 2015

Hotel reservations: A range of housing options are being offered—see Accommodations.

Conference: Sunday December 6th we plan to host several short courses. The conference will officially begin Sunday evening, December 6^th with an opening reception. Staff will be on hand in Accra from December 4^th - 12^th should attendees need help with travel, tourism, or other issues. Contact information for staff can be found here.
